Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before September 1st of the year they start school. The registration and enrollment process for kindergarten students is started online through Jordan School District’s online student enrollment portal called "Skyward Family Access". To enroll your student(s), please complete the following steps:
STEP ONE: COMPLETE THE ONLINE ENROLLMENT
- If this will be your first time enrolling a student in the Jordan School District, use the link below to create a temporary Skyward Family Access account.

***Documents (birth certificate, immunizations, and proof of residency) are now uploaded online through the skyward portal.

STEP TWO: BRING PARENT ID TO SCHOOL
To complete the enrollment for your student(s), a parent must come to the office and show their ID (Driver’s License or Passport) after completing the online registration. Our office hours are 8:10am – 3:30pm.
Please note: State law does not allow students to attend class without complete immunizations. The Utah Department of Health Exemption Form must be completed for those children who claim exemptions for medical, religious, or personal reasons. More information on immunization requirements or claiming an exemption can be found on the Jordan School District Nursing Services page.
Out of Boundary Students
If you do not live in the boundaries for Majestic Elementary Arts Academy, you may apply for a School Choice Permit online to attend our school. The number of permits available is determined by law and by school capacity. An application for a permit is considered during three separate permit windows:
- November 15 to December 31 (early enrollment) - Permit requests are considered by category, priority and/or a lottery.
- January 1st to the 1st Friday in February (early enrollment) - Permit requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- After the 1st Friday in February (late enrollment) - Permit requests are considered based on staffing ratios.
